What to Expect

Beginning and Receiving Care

  • Call, text or email to schedule your initial appointment

  • An in-home appointment with one of our provides offers the comfort and privacy of your home

  • Prior your initial appointment you will be asked to fill out New Patient paperwork (forms may be found under the New Patient menu tab) which is collected and reviewed with you during your initial appointment

  • Provider will discuss your current concerns and pertinent health history

  • Provider will perform appropriate examination

  • If something should arise during the history and/or physical that warrants care outside of Provider’s scope of practice, a refer to an appropriate healthcare provider will be suggested

  • Initial visit last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours

  • Provider will recommend a personalized course of treatment to address your concerns and meet your goals

  • First treatment is administered

  • Advance payment will be collected for the agreed upon follow-up treatment plan

  • A in-home schedule for your follow-up appointments will be set

Payment Options

Please note, although Chiropractic manipulation of the spine is generally a Medicare covered service when performed in a clinic, holistic care delivered in your home by a Doctor of Chiropractic is not a Medicare eligible service. Examinations, acupuncture, massage and health & wellness advice delivered by our Providers are not Medicare eligible services under any conditions.  Neither Medicare, nor a supplemental plan will cover the cost of our services. A receipt for payment will be provided and may be tax deductible.

Preferred form of payment is check, Zelle (through your bank) or cash.  Although most major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo are accepted, a processing fee will be charged. A receipt for services will be provided. Arrangements can be made should you require a Superbill or any other additional documentation.
